What is a minute?
One minute of audio in the file you process, charged by the second with a 10-second minimum. A 3:42 video uses 3.7 minutes, whatever mode you pick.
Do unused minutes roll over?
Plan minutes refill on each billing date and unused ones expire then. Pack minutes never expire. We always spend plan minutes first.
Do the voice tools use the same minutes?
Yes, from the same balance. The Voice Changer uses 2 minutes for every started minute of your file, 2 at least. Text to Speech uses 3 minutes per 1,000 characters, 10 seconds at least. Cloning a voice is free.
What does Unlimited mean?
Your first 900 minutes each month start right away, like on every plan. After them you keep going: your files run one at a time, each starting when the one before it finishes. Fair use tops out at 1,500 minutes a month, about 150 ten-minute videos. Unlimited is billed monthly and needs no top-ups.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. An upgrade starts right away: you pay the difference for the rest of the period and get the extra minutes now. Downgrades and switches between monthly and yearly start on your next billing date.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you can resume it until then.
Do you offer refunds?
A first plan payment or a pack with no minutes used can be refunded within 14 days. Failed jobs always refund their minutes automatically.
What if the result isn’t clean?
Use “Still hear music?” for a free, deeper second pass. If it still fails, write to us and we return the minutes.
Which payment methods do you take?
Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link through Stripe. PayPal is not available yet. We never see or store your card number.
Is the free preview really free?
