Privacy Policy
- Your files are only used to make your result. We don't sell them, share them for advertising, or use them to train AI models.
- When you pick a video, the sound is taken out in your browser. Only the audio track is uploaded; the picture stays on your device.
- We delete your upload within 24 hours. Results stay for 24 hours (no account), 3 days (free account) or 7 days (paid account), then they're deleted too. You can delete a file sooner from My files.
- You can delete your account and everything in it from your account settings at any time.
What we collect
- Account details. Your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile picture from Google. If you sign up with a password, we store only a hash of it.
- Your files. The audio you upload and the tracks we make from it (voice, effects, music, vocals or instrumental), with the file name, length and the tool you used.
- Voice tools. The text you have read out, the files you change, and the samples you clone, with the voices made from them.
- Purchases. What you bought, when, and your remaining minutes. Card and wallet details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- Usage. Pages you visit, buttons you use and where you came from (the referring site and campaign tags), so we can see which pages help and which don't.
- Device and network. Your browser, operating system, country (from your IP address) and a scrambled version of your IP address, used to stop abuse of free previews. We don't keep your raw IP address with your files.
How we use it
- To run the tool: upload your audio, separate it, play it back and let you download it.
- To keep your account working: sign-in, minutes, receipts and support.
- To send the emails you need: verification, password resets, receipts and billing notices. Product news is optional and you can switch it off in your account settings or with the link in every email.
- To prevent abuse: limits on free previews, bot checks and blocking files that break our Content Policy.
- To improve the site: counting visits and finding pages that confuse people.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of providers. Each one only gets what it needs for its job.

We don't sell personal data, and we don't share it with advertisers.

Cookies
We use a few cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cookie choice and count free previews, plus analytics cookies. Visitors from the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked before analytics cookies are set. See the Cookie Policy for the full list.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, download or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Most of this you can do yourself: delete files from My files and delete your account from your account settings. For anything else, contact us and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're in the EU, EEA or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
AI Music Remover isn't meant for children under 13 (under 16 in the EU), and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has given us data, contact us and we'll delete it.
International transfers
Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, they use standard contractual clauses or a similar safeguard.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and, for big changes, email account holders before they take effect.
